Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges are at the discretion of the box office. Please email or call for assistance.
General Policies
River Valley Players does NOT assign individual seats. You are purchasing a seat at specific table, but the specific seat is first come first served.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (River Valley Players INC).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
